Leading Through Trauma

Leadership and Trauma Programs

Full Program

Over the course of this program, leaders who work in a context of trauma will learn how to talk about trauma, how to care for their teams, and how to lead in a way that considers the traumatic experiences that they and their employees experience. Leaders will understand how to cultivate resourcefulness on their teams and be proactive about talking about trauma before incidents occur. They will learn how to navigate their own trauma in order to be better leaders for their teams. Every exercise we do as a group can be used later with their teams.
