Leadership and Trauma Programs
Two-Day Program
This program is only available for leaders who have completed the full Leading Through Trauma program and want support in bringing the concepts back to their teams. This program is best for teams who have been through repeated traumas, but who have not yet processed them together. The program focuses on understanding and recognizing how traumas have impacted leaders and their teams, processing shared grief, building a foundation of strengths-based resilience, and tending to relationships that need to be repaired. This work gives teams frameworks and tools for processing past traumas and provides a foundation for facing future trauma together.
Format: Two days of in-person facilitation for intact senior leadership teams up to 15 participants, including the team leader. Minimum of 12 participants.
Pricing and Payment Terms:
$3,700 per person. (Minimum of 12 people. Fee does not include travel costs for facilitators.)
Program Enrollment Fee for minimum number of participants due upon commitment.
