Leading Through Trauma™ is an intensive retreat for leaders who operate in a context of repeated trauma including first responders, journalists, hospitals and mental health center, nonprofits, and government agencies.

During this in-person retreat, you will join a vibrant cohort of leaders across sectors and develop tools for discussing trauma in the workplace, learn new ways to care for your team, and increase your capacity for leadership that considers the traumatic experiences that you and your team members experience.

Once we have received your application for consideration, we will reach out to schedule a 1:1 interview to ensure that the program is the right fit for you.
