Leading Through Trauma™ is an intensive program for leaders who operate in a context of repeated trauma including first responders, journalists, hospitals and mental health center, nonprofits, and government agencies. You will join a vibrant cohort of leaders across sectors and develop tools for discussing trauma in the workplace, learn new ways to care for your team, and increase your capacity for leadership that considers the traumatic experiences that you and your team members experience.
