Services for Leaders
What if you could get your critical work done and prevent PTSD and burnout for you and your team?
Learning to lead through trauma promotes healing and increases capacity and results. Our research-based leadership development programs give leaders practical tools they can use immediately.
Leaders who work in jobs with frequent trauma need to know how to:
Manage your own stress
Feel confident talking about trauma with your teams
Build structures for resilience into the workday
Motivate team members and prevent burnout while still getting critical work done
We teach leaders the Adaptive Repeated Trauma System (ARTS)™ — a practical framework you can immediately start using to:
Manage acute crises when they arise
Attend to daily maintenance and repair work
Go deeper when more healing is needed
Most trauma treatment focuses on the individual, but research shows the impact of trauma is more effectively addressed at the team and organization level.
“We just had a traumatic incident in our region, and I know I was better able to handle it because of this training.”
