COACHING THROUGH TRAUMAA three-day intensive for coaches supporting leaders who lead in a context of trauma
Coaching Through Trauma™ is a three-day intensive in partnership with Teleos Leadership Institute for coaches that work with leaders who lead in a context of repeated trauma, including first responders, journalists, hospitals and mental health centers, nonprofits, and government agencies.
During this highly interactive in-person workshop, you will join a vibrant cohort of coaches and develop a deeper understanding of the impact of repeated trauma on leaders, increase your capacity for coaching in ways that consider the traumatic experiences your coachees experience, and learn new tools and frameworks to help your coachees lead through trauma in their unique situations and circumstances.
